연구직 및 지도직공무원의 임용 등에 관한 규정 제26조의3(채용시험의 관리)

① 시험 실시기관의 장은 제23조제1항 단서 또는 제23조제3항에 따른 연구직 및 지도직공무원 채용시험을 실시하는 경우에는 최종합격자 발표 전에 자체 위원회를 구성하여 채용과정이 적절하게 이루어졌는지 점검하여야 하며, 최종합격자 발표 후 지체 없이 시험 결과 및 자체점검 결과를 인사혁신처장에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19>
