연근해어업의 구조개선 및 지원에 관한 법률 제21조(권한의 위임)

① 이 법에 따른 해양수산부장관의 권한은 그 일부를 소속 기관의 장 또는 시ㆍ도지사에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 이 법에 따른 시ㆍ도지사의 권한은 그 일부를 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 위임할 수 있다.
