영재교육 진흥법 제4조의4(시ㆍ도위원회의 구성)

Act on the Promotion of Education for the Gifted, Article 4-4 (Composition of Si/Do Committees)

① 시ㆍ도위원회는 위원장 1명과 부위원장 1명을 포함한 15명 이내의 위원으로 구성하고, 위원장은 부교육감이 된다.

(1) A어 Si/Do시 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 15 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chair체어 and앤드 one원 vice^v바이스 chair,체어 and앤드 the^ð더 deputy데퓨티 superintendent수퍼^r런텐던트 of어^v브 education에저케이션 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 chair.체어

② 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람 중에서 교육감이 임명하거나 위촉한다.

(2) The^ð더 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 or오 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 superintendent수퍼^r런텐던트 of어^v브 education에저케이션 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 persons:퍼슨즈

1. 해당 시ㆍ도 교육청 소속 영재교육 담당 공무원

1. Public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 in인 charge차지 of어^v브 education에저케이션 for^f포 the^ð더 gifted기^f프티드 in인 the^ð디 office오^f피스 of어^v브 education에저케이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 Si/Do;시

2. 영재교육기관의 장(영재학급의 경우에는 영재학급을 설치한 학교의 장을 말한다. 이하 같다)

3. 변호사 등 법률에 관하여 전문지식이 있는 사람

4. 영재교육 경력이 3년 이상인 교원 및 강사

4. Teachers티처즈 and앤드 instructors인스트^r럭터즈 with위^ð드 at앳 least리스트 three^θ쓰^r리 years이어즈 of어^v브 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 education에저케이션 for^f포 the^ð더 gifted;기^f프티드

5. 영재의 보호자

6. 그 밖에 영재교육에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람

③ 위원의 임기는 3년으로 하며, 연임할 수 있다. 다만, 제2항제1호 및 제2호에 따른 위원의 임기는 해당 직에 재직하는 기간으로 한다.
