영화 및 비디오물의 진흥에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제5조(공동제작영화의 한국영화 인정신청)

①법 제27조에 따라 공동제작영화를 한국영화로 인정받으려는 자는 별지 제5호서식의 공동제작영화의 한국영화인정신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 영화진흥위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2007.4.27>

②제1항에 따라 공동제작영화의 완성 전에 한국영화의 인정을 받은 자는 영화의 제작이 완료된 후 영화상영등급 분류를 신청하기 15일 전까지 영화진흥위원회에 제1항제4호에 따른 자료를 제출하여야 한다.
