영화 및 비디오물의 진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제21조(영사 자격자)

①법 제44조 본문에 따른 영사(映寫) 관련 국가기술자격은 「국가기술자격법」에 따른 영사종목의 기술자격으로 한다. <개정 2025.4.22>

② 법 제44조 본문에 따른 영사 분야 교육은 영화진흥위원회에서 제공하는 영사 분야 교육으로 한다. 이 경우 영화진흥위원회는 영사 분야 교육의 내용, 기간, 그 밖에 영사 분야 교육에 필요한 사항에 대하여 문화체육관광부장관의 사전 승인을 받아야 한다. <신설 2025.4.22>

③법 제44조 단서에서 "소형영화 등 대통령령이 정하는 영화"라 함은 법 제2조제6호에 따른 소형영화를 말한다. <개정 2025.4.22>
