예금자보호법 제10조(운영)

① 위원회의 위원장은 공사의 사장이 된다.

(1) The^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee.커미티

② 위원장은 위원회를 대표하고, 위원회의 사무를 총괄한다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 take테이크 overall오우^v버^r롤 charge차지 of어^v브 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

③ 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 제9조제1항제2호부터 제4호까지의 위원이 규정된 순서에 따라 그 직무를 대행한다.

(3) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 the^ð더 members멤버즈 under언더 Article아터클 9 (1) 2 through^θ쓰^r루 4 shall섈 act액트 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf비해^f프 in인 the^ð디 order오더 listed.리스티드

④ 위원회는 위원 과반수의 출석과 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. 다만, 제38조의4제3항에 따른 자금지원은 재적위원 3분의 2 이상의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 make메이크 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 its잇츠 members멤버즈 and앤드 the^ð디 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트 However,하우에^v버 financial^f퍼낸실 support서포트 under언더 Article아터클 38-4 (3) shall섈 be비 resolved^r리잘^v브드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 two-thirds투-^θ써즈 of어^v브 all올 members.멤버즈

⑤ 위원회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재한 의사록을 작성하고, 위원회가 정하는 바에 따라 공개하여야 한다. <개정 2018.12.11>

⑥ 위원회는 필요하면 부보금융회사를 대표한다고 인정되는 사람이나 관계 전문가 등을 위원회에 출석하게 하여 의견을 들을 수 있다.

(6) Where웨어 necessary,네서세^r리 the^ð더 Committee커미티 may메이 have해^v브 persons퍼슨즈 recognized^r레커그나이즈드 as애즈 representing^r레프^r리젠팅 insured인슈어드 financial^f퍼낸실 companies,컴퍼니즈 relevant^r렐러^v번트 experts,엑스펏츠 etc.엣세터^r러 attend어텐드 Committee커미티 meetings미팅즈 and앤드 hear히어 their^ð데어 opinions.어피니언즈

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
