예금자보호법 제28조(보고ㆍ검사 등)

① 금융위원회는 필요하다고 인정하면 공사에 대하여 그 업무ㆍ회계 및 재산에 관한 사항 등을 보고하게 하거나, 소속 공무원에게 공사의 업무 상황 또는 장부, 서류, 시설, 그 밖에 필요한 물건을 검사하게 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 소속 공무원이 검사를 할 때에는 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 관계인에게 보여 주어야 한다.
