Enforcement Decree of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Operation of Postal Services, Article 7 (Guarantee of Status of Members)

위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당되는 경우를 제외하고는 그 의사에 반하여 해임되거나 해촉되지 아니한다.

1. 금고 이상의 형의 선고를 받은 경우
