우체국예금ㆍ보험에 관한 법률 제47조(복지시설의 설치 등)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관은 보험계약자등의 복지증진을 위하여 의료ㆍ휴양 등에 필요한 시설을 설치할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

② 제1항에 따른 시설은 보험계약자등 외의 자에게도 이용하게 할 수 있다.

③ 제1항에 따른 시설의 설치와 운영에 필요한 비용은 「우체국보험특별회계법」에 따른 우체국보험적립금에서 지출한다.
