3. 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람으로서 과학기술 분야에 탁월한 능력이 있다고 울산과기원 과학영재선발위원회가 인정하는 사람

3. 교육부장관이 제1호에 따른 자격과 같은 수준 이상의 학력이 있다고 인정하는 사람
