원양산업발전법 시행규칙 제4조(원양어업허가 신청사항의 확인 등)

해양수산부장관은 원양어업허가의 신청을 받으면 선박검사증서 사본을 그 원본과 대조하여야 한다. 다만, 선박검사증서 사본에 선박검사증서의 발행자가 그 사실을 확인한 경우와 그 밖에 대조를 하지 아니하여도 될 특별한 사유가 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2008.3.3, 2013.3.24>
