원양산업발전법 제28조(원양산업협회의 설립)

① 원양산업자는 원양산업의 건전한 발전과 공동이익을 도모하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해양수산부장관의 인가를 받아 원양산업협회(이하 "협회"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

(1) Distant디스턴트 water워터 industry인더스트^r리 operators아퍼^r레이터즈 may메이 establish이스태블리시 a어 Distant디스턴트 Water워터 Industry인더스트^r리 Association어소우시에이션 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Association")어소우시에이션 with위^ð드 the^ð디 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries,^f피셔^r리즈 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree,디크^r리 to투 promote프^r러모우트 the^ð더 sound사운드 development디^v벨럽먼트 and앤드 common카먼 interests인트^r러스츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 distant디스턴트 water워터 industry.인더스트^r리

② 협회는 제1항에 따른 설립인가를 받아 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(2) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 come컴 into인투 existence에그지스튼스 by바이 obtaining어브테이닝 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 of어^v브 establishment이스태블리시먼트 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) and앤드 completing컴플리팅 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 establishment.이스태블리시먼트

③ 협회는 법인으로 한다.

(3) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 juristic주어^r리스틱 person.퍼슨

④ 협회에 관하여 이 법에서 규정한 것 외에는 「민법」중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다. <개정 2020.2.18>

(4) Except익셉트 as애즈 provided프^r러^v바이디드 in인 this^ð디스 Act,액트 provisions프^r러^v비전즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Civil시^v블 Act액트 on안 incorporated인코퍼^r레이티드 associations어소우시에이션즈 shall섈 apply어플라이 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 to투 the^ð디 Association.어소우시에이션

⑤ 해양수산부장관은 원양산업의 발전을 위하여 필요한 경우 협회에 지원을 할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

⑥ 협회의 업무와 정관 등에 기재하여야 할 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

(6) The^ð더 duties두티즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 and앤드 matters매터즈 to투 be비 stated스테이티드 in인 its잇츠 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association,어소우시에이션 etc.엣세터^r러 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리
