원양산업발전법 제35조(몰수)

① 제33조의 경우에 범인이 소유 또는 소지하는 어획물ㆍ제품ㆍ어구ㆍ폭발물 또는 인체급성유해성물질, 인체만성유해성물질, 생태유해성물질은 몰수하여야 한다. <개정 2015.1.6, 2024.2.6>

② 제1항에 따른 범인이 소유 또는 소지한 물건의 전부 또는 일부를 몰수할 수 없을 때에는 그 가액을 추징할 수 있다.
