Enforcement Decree of the Act on Physical Protection and Radiological Emergency of Nuclear Facilities, etc., Article 20 (Formulation of the National Radiological Disaster Prevention Plan)

① 법 제18조제1항에 따른 국가방사능방재계획(이하 "국가방사능방재계획"이라 한다)은 5년마다 수립한다.
