Enforcement Decree of the Nuclear Safety Act, Article 148-2 (Submission of Education Plans)

① 안전재단은 매년 11월 30일까지 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 다음 해의 기본교육계획을 위원회에 제출하고, 위원회의 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2016.6.21>

② 위원회는 안전재단이 제1항에 따라 승인받은 교육계획을 제대로 이행하지 아니하는 경우에는 개선 또는 보완을 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2016.6.21>
