원자력안전법 시행령 제156조의5(부담금의 징수유예)

① 법 제111조의3제5항에 따라 부담금의 징수유예를 받으려는 원자력관계사업자등은 부담금의 납부기한 7일 전까지 위원회가 정하여 고시하는 바에 따라 부담금의 징수유예를 신청해야 한다.

② 부담금의 징수유예 기간은 납부기한의 다음 날부터 1년 이내로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 deferment디^f퍼먼트 period피^r리어드 for^f포 collection컬렉션 of어^v브 the^ð더 charge차지 shall섈 be비 within위^ð딘 one원 year이어 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 day데이 following^f팔로잉 the^ð더 payment페이먼트 deadline.데들라인

③ 위원회는 법 제111조의3제5항에 따른 사유가 지속되어 제2항에 따른 징수유예 기간 이내에도 부담금을 징수할 수 없다고 인정하는 경우에는 1회에 한정하여 징수유예 기간을 연장할 수 있다. 이 경우 연장 기간은 징수유예 기간의 종료일의 다음 날부터 1년 이내로 한다.
