Enforcement Decree of the Nuclear Safety Act, Article 159 (Change of Names, etc. of Entrusted Institutions)

① 제153조제1항제5호에 따라 지정을 받은 기관(이하 "지정수탁기관"이라 한다)은 그 명칭 또는 주소나 위탁업무를 취급하는 사무소의 명칭 또는 주소를 변경하려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 신청서를 위원회에 제출하여 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2016.6.21>
