원자력안전법 시행령 제26조(특정핵물질의 계량관리에 관한 검사)

① 발전용원자로설치자는 법 제16조제1항에 따라 특정핵물질을 보유한 시설에 대하여 계량관리에 관한 검사를 받아야 한다.

② 위원회는 제1항의 검사를 하려는 경우에는 검사자 명단, 검사일정, 검사내용 등이 포함된 검사계획을 검사 개시 최소 2시간 전까지 발전용원자로설치자에게 통보하여야 한다.

③ 계량관리검사에 관한 검사주기, 검사방법 등에 관한 세부 사항은 위원회가 정한다.

④ 위원회는 발전용원자로설치자가 계량관리검사에 관하여 「대한민국 정부와 국제원자력기구 간의 핵무기의 비확산에 관한 조약에 관련된 안전조치의 적용을 위한 협정」에 따른 국제원자력기구의 검사를 받은 경우로서 위원회가 인정하는 경우에는 제1항의 검사를 생략할 수 있다.

⑤ 제1항의 검사 결과 계량관리규정에 맞는 경우에는 합격으로 한다.
