원자력안전법 시행령 제92조의2(발주자 등의 작업의 재개)

① 법 제59조의2제1항에 따른 발주자(이하 "발주자"라 한다) 및 허가사용자 또는 신고사용자가 법 제59조의2제5항에 따라 작업을 재개하기 위해서는 안전설비의 설치 등으로 작업이 중단된 사유가 해소되었음을 입증할 수 있는 서류를 위원회에 제출하여야 한다.

② 위원회는 제1항에 따른 증명서류를 검토한 후 법 제59조의2제2항에 따른 안전설비의 설치 또는 보완 명령이 적정하게 이행되었다고 판단되는 경우에는 발주자 및 허가사용자 또는 신고사용자에게 중지된 작업을 재개할 수 있음을 지체 없이 통지하여야 한다.
