위생용품 관리법 시행령 제5조(출입ㆍ검사ㆍ수거 등)

① 식품의약품안전처장, 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사ㆍ특별자치도지사(이하 "시ㆍ도지사"라 한다) 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 같다)은 법 제14조제2항에 따라 검사 결과를 통보하는 때에는 해당 검사에 적용한 검사방법, 검체(檢體)의 채취ㆍ취급방법 및 검사 결과를 해당 영업자에게 검사 결과를 확인한 날부터 7일 이내에 통보하여야 한다.

② 법 제14조제3항에서 "조사기간, 조사범위, 조사담당자, 관계 법령 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사항"이란 다음 각 호의 사항을 말한다.
