위험물안전관리법 시행규칙 제42조(경보설비의 기준)

①법 제5조제4항의 규정에 의하여 영 별표 1의 규정에 의한 지정수량의 10배 이상의 위험물을 저장 또는 취급하는 제조소등(이동탱크저장소를 제외한다)에는 화재발생시 이를 알릴 수 있는 경보설비를 설치하여야 한다.

②제1항에 따른 경보설비는 자동화재탐지설비ㆍ자동화재속보설비ㆍ비상경보설비(비상벨장치 또는 경종을 포함한다)ㆍ확성장치(휴대용확성기를 포함한다) 및 비상방송설비로 구분하되, 제조소등별로 설치하여야 하는 경보설비의 종류 및 설치기준은 별표 17과 같다. <개정 2020.10.12>

③자동신호장치를 갖춘 스프링클러설비 또는 물분무등소화설비를 설치한 제조소등에 있어서는 제2항의 규정에 의한 자동화재탐지설비를 설치한 것으로 본다.
