유실물법 시행령 제9조(습득자와 청구권자의 권리포기)

습득자가 법 제7조의 규정에 의하여 습득자의 권리를 포기하거나 법 제8조제2항의 규정에 의하여 소유권의 취득권리를 포기하고자 할 때 또는 청구권자등이 법 제8조제1항의 규정에 의하여 물건반환청구권을 포기하고자 할 때에는 별지 제8호서식에 의한 권리포기서를 경찰서장 또는 제주특별자치도지사에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 1996.10.28, 2006.6.29>
