유아교육법 시행령 제22조의11(소위원회)

① 유치원 급식에 관한 사항을 효율적으로 심의ㆍ자문하기 위하여 유치원에 두는 운영위원회에 유치원급식소위원회를 두며, 그 밖에 필요한 경우 예ㆍ결산소위원회 등 분야별 소위원회를 둘 수 있다. 다만, 법 제9조에 따라 병설된 유치원의 경우에는 필요하면 유치원급식소위원회를 해당 유치원을 병설한 학교의 학교급식소위원회와 통합하여 운영할 수 있다. <개정 2020.2.25>

② 제1항에 따른 소위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 국립유치원의 경우에는 유치원규칙으로, 공립유치원의 경우에는 시ㆍ도의 조례로, 사립유치원의 경우에는 정관 또는 유치원규칙으로 정한다. <개정 2020.2.25>
