유통산업발전법 시행령 제17조(유통분쟁조정비용의 분담)

법 제37조에 따른 유통분쟁의 조정을 위한 연구용역이 필요한 경우로서 당사자가 그 용역의뢰에 합의한 경우 그에 필요한 비용은 당사자가 같은 비율로 부담한다. 다만, 당사자간 비용분담에 대하여 다른 약정이 있는 경우에는 그 약정에 따른다. <개정 2013.7.22>
