유통산업발전법 시행령 제18조의2(고유식별정보의 처리)

특별자치시장ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(해당 권한이 위임ㆍ위탁된 경우에는 그 권한을 위임ㆍ위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 법 제8조에 따른 대규모점포등의 개설등록 또는 변경등록에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호에 따른 주민등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.
