의료법 제41조(당직의료인)

① 각종 병원에는 응급환자와 입원환자의 진료 등에 필요한 당직의료인을 두어야 한다. <개정 2016.12.20>

② 제1항에 따른 당직의료인의 수와 배치 기준은 병원의 종류, 입원환자의 수 등을 고려하여 보건복지부령으로 정한다. <신설 2016.12.20>
