의사상자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제6조(간사 및 서기)

① 위원회에 간사 및 서기 각 1명을 둔다.

② 간사 및 서기는 보건복지부 소속 공무원 중에서 위원장이 임명한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>

(2) The^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 and앤드 the^ð더 clerk클러크 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 belonging빌롱잉 to투 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare.웰^f페어

③ 간사는 위원장의 명을 받아 위원회의 사무를 처리하고, 서기는 간사를 보조한다.

(3) The^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 shall섈 handle핸들 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 under언더 the^ð더 direction더^r렉션 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 and앤드 the^ð더 clerk클러크 shall섈 assist어시스트 the^ð더 secretary.세크^r러테^r리
