Act on the Promotion of the Humanities and Humanistic Spirit Culture, Article 4 (Responsibilities of the State and Local Governments)

국가와 지방자치단체(교육청을 포함한다. 이하 같다)는 인문학 및 인문정신문화의 진흥과 사회적 확산을 위하여 필요한 정책을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다.
