인삼산업법 시행규칙 제20조(인삼종자ㆍ종묘의 검사)

①법 제17조제6항에 따라 인삼종자ㆍ종묘검사기관으로부터 인삼의 종자 또는 종묘를 검사받고자 하는 자는 검사를 받고자 하는 날의 3일전까지 별지 제14호서식의 검사신청서를 인삼종자ㆍ종묘검사기관의 장에게 제출(전자적 방법을 통한 제출을 포함한다)하여야 한다. <개정 2004.6.30, 2008.1.14, 2017.1.2>

②인삼종자ㆍ종묘검사기관의 장은 검사의 기준 및 방법등에 관한 세부사항을 정하여 공고하여야 한다.
