인적자원개발 기본법 시행령 제2조(기본계획의 수립 절차 등)

①「인적자원개발 기본법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제5조제1항에 따른 인적자원개발기본계획(이하 "기본계획"이라 한다)은 기본계획 개시연도의 전년도에 수립하여야 한다.

②교육부장관은 법 제7조에 따른 국가인적자원위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)의 심의를 거쳐 기본계획을 수립하기 위한 지침을 마련하고, 이를 기본계획 개시연도의 전년도 2월 말일까지 관계 중앙행정기관의 장에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

③관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 제2항에 따른 지침에 따라 소관 분야의 인적자원개발과 관련된 계획과 시책 등을 작성하여 이를 기본계획 개시연도의 전년도 6월 30일까지 교육부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

(3) The^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies에이전시즈 shall,섈 in인 accordance어코든스 with위^ð드 the^ð더 guidelines가이들라인즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2), prepare프^r리페어 plans플랜즈 and앤드 measures메저즈 related^r릴레이티드 to투 human휴먼 resources^r리소시즈 development디^v벨럽먼트 in인 their^ð데어 respective^r리스펙티^v브 fields^f필즈 and앤드 submit서브밋 them^ð뎀 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Education에저케이션 by바이 June준 30 of어^v브 the^ð더 year이어 preceding프^r리시딩 the^ð더 year이어 in인 which위치 the^ð더 Basic베이식 Plan플랜 begins.비긴즈

④교육부장관은 관계 중앙행정기관의 장이 제출한 소관 분야의 인적자원개발과 관련된 계획과 시책 등을 종합하여 기본계획안을 작성하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

⑤교육부장관은 법 제5조제3항에 따라 위원회 및 국무회의의 심의를 거쳐 확정된 기본계획을 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 지방자치단체의 장에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
