인터넷주소자원에 관한 법률 시행령 제11조(인터넷 프로토콜 주소의 할당신청)

① 법 제10조에 따라 인터넷 프로토콜 주소를 할당받으려는 자는 인터넷주소관리기관에 한국인터넷진흥원장(「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 제52조에 따른 한국인터넷진흥원의 장을 말한다. 이하 같다)이 정하는 신청서를 정보통신망을 이용하여 제출하여야 한다.

② 인터넷주소관리기관은 제1항에 따라 받은 신청서의 기재사항을 확인하기 위하여 필요하면 신청인에게 다음 각 호의 정보를 제공하여 줄 것을 요청할 수 있다.
