Enforcement Decree of the Internet Address Resources Act, Article 14 (Criteria and Methods for Registration of Domain Names)

① 인터넷주소관리기관등은 제13조에 따른 등록신청에 대하여 다음 각 호의 사항을 기준으로 등록하여야 한다.

② 인터넷주소관리기관등은 제1항에 따라 도메인이름을 등록하는 경우에는 그 사실을 신청인에게 정보통신망을 이용하여 통보하고, 신청서 기재사항을 데이터베이스에 기록하여 관리하여야 한다.
