인터넷주소자원에 관한 법률 시행령 제17조(분쟁조정위원회의 운영)

① 분쟁조정위원회의 위원장은 분쟁조정위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

② 위원장은 분쟁조정위원회의 회의를 소집할 때에는 회의 개최 5일 전까지 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 안건을 각 위원에게 서면이나 전자문서로 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급히 개최하여야 하거나 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 통지기한을 단축할 수 있다.

③ 분쟁조정위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Dispute디스퓻 Mediation미디에이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 by바이 the^ð디 affirmative어^f퍼머티^v브 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 분쟁조정위원회 회의는 화상회의 방식으로 할 수 있다. 이 경우 화상회의 참여자는 동일한 회의장에 출석한 것으로 본다.
