자연재해대책법 시행령 제25조의2(재해정보체계의 활용 등)

① 행정안전부장관은 재해정보체계 및 종합재해정보체계의 효율적인 활용을 위하여 재해정보체계 표준을 개발하여 보급하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

② 재난관리책임기관의 장은 재해정보체계와 종합재해정보체계를 적극 활용하여야 하고, 이에 대한 소속 직원의 활용 능력을 높이기 위하여 매년 교육ㆍ훈련계획을 마련하여 그에 따른 교육을 하여야 한다.

③ 행정안전부장관은 종합재해정보체계의 효율적인 구축ㆍ운영 및 활용을 위하여 필요한 경우 재난관리책임기관의 재난관리 담당 공무원에 대하여 교육ㆍ훈련을 실시할 수 있다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
