자원의 절약과 재활용촉진에 관한 법률 제28조의2(재활용가능자원 유통지원센터의 설립 등)

① 조합은 제16조제1항에 따른 제품ㆍ포장재의 폐기물을 회수ㆍ재활용하기 위하여 재활용가능자원 유통지원센터(이하 "유통지원센터"라 한다)를 공동으로 설립할 수 있다. <개정 2015.1.20, 2020.6.9>

② 유통지원센터는 법인으로 한다.

③ 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제16조제1항에 따른 제품ㆍ포장재의 폐기물을 수거한 경우에는 제1항에 따라 설립된 유통지원센터에 인계하여야 하고, 유통지원센터는 그 수거비용 등을 보전하여야 한다. <개정 2014.1.21>
