자유무역지역의 지정 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제28조(물품 폐기 공고 등)

① 법 제40조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에 따라 물품의 폐기명령을 받은 화주 및 반입자와 그 위임을 받은 자(이하 "화주등"이라 한다)가 그 물품을 폐기하려면 미리 그 품명ㆍ규격ㆍ수량 및 가격, 화주의 성명, 폐기 일시 및 방법을 세관장에게 통보하여야 하며, 그 물품을 폐기하였을 때에는 그 결과를 세관장에게 통보하여야 한다.

② 법 제40조제2항에 따라 물품의 폐기를 공고하는 경우에는 관보에 게재하거나 세관 게시판에 14일 이상 게시하고, 그 내용을 인터넷 홈페이지에 게시하는 등 효과적인 방법으로 공고하여야 한다.
