Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Voluntary Crime Prevention Corps, Article 5 (Support for Expenses Necessary for Activities of Central Association)

① 경찰청장은 법 제14조제1항에 따라 법 제12조제1항에 따른 전국 단위의 자율방범중앙회(이하 "중앙회"라 한다)의 활동에 필요한 다음 각 호의 경비를 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다.

1. 중앙회의 활동을 위한 차량 구입비 및 유지ㆍ보수비

2. 중앙회의 활동을 위한 사무실 등 시설 설치비(시설을 임차하여 사용하는 경우 그 임차비용을 포함한다) 및 운영비
