① 법 제16조제5항에 따라 법인등자연장지의 조성 허가를 받으려는 자는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 서류를 첨부하여 시장등에게 제출해야 한다. 이 경우 시장등은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 지적도 또는 임야도를 확인해야 한다. <개정 2012.7.31, 2018.6.19, 2020.1.7>

③ 시장등은 제1항과 제2항에 따라 법인등자연장지의 조성 허가 신청을 받으면 법인등자연장지의 조성 허가 신청사항을 이행할 것을 신청인에게 알리고 그 이행 여부를 확인하여야 하며, 해당 자연장지의 조성 공사가 완료되었음을 확인한 후 자연장지 조성허가증을 내주어야 한다. 법인등자연장지의 조성변경 허가를 하는 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2012.7.31>
