장사 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제26조의2(타인의 토지 등에 설치된 분묘의 처리)

① 법 제27조제2항 단서에 따른 유골의 봉안기간은 5년으로 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>

② 토지 소유자(점유자나 그 밖의 관리인을 포함한다), 묘지 설치자 또는 연고자는 제1항에 따른 봉안기간이 끝난 때에는 봉안이 되었던 유골을 화장(이미 화장된 유골은 제외한다)하여 장사시설 내 화장한 유골을 뿌릴 수 있는 시설에 뿌리거나 자연장하여야 한다. <개정 2018.6.19>
