장애인은 대통령령으로 정하는 공공건물 및 공중이용시설을 이용하려는 경우에는 시설주에게 안내 서비스, 한국수어 통역 등의 편의 제공을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 시설주는 정당한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다. <개정 2016.2.3>
