장애인기업활동 촉진법 시행령 제11조의3(장애인기업 확인의 유효기간 등)

① 법 제18조의2제2항 후단에 따른 장애인기업 확인의 유효기간은 장애인기업 확인서의 발급일부터 3년으로 한다. 다만, 장애인 대표자의 장애 정도 또는 상이등급 재판정(再判定) 기한이 발급일부터 3년 이내에 있는 경우에는 발급일부터 재판정 기한까지로 한다. <개정 2018.12.31, 2020.6.16>

② 제1항에 따른 유효기간이 만료된 후 계속하여 법에 따른 지원을 받으려는 자는 중소벤처기업부장관에게 장애인기업의 재확인을 신청할 수 있다. 이 경우 재확인의 절차 및 방법 등은 제11조의2를 준용한다.

③ 법 제18조의2제3항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기간"이란 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 기간을 말한다. <개정 2025.11.25>
