장애인복지법 제33조(장애인복지상담원)

①장애인 복지 향상을 위한 상담 및 지원 업무를 맡기기 위하여 시ㆍ군ㆍ구(자치구를 말한다. 이하 같다)에 장애인복지상담원을 둔다.

(1) Welfare웰^f페어 counselors카운설러즈 for^f포 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 disabilities디서빌러티즈 shall섈 be비 placed플레이스트 in인 each이치 Si/Gun/Gu시 (in인 the^ð더 case케이스 of어^v브 a어 Gu,구 meaning미닝 an앤 autonomous오타너머스 Gu;구 the^ð더 same세임 shall섈 apply어플라이 hereinafter)히^r리내^f프터 to투 carry캐^r리 out아웃 counseling카운설링 and앤드 support서포트 work워크 to투 improve임프^r루^v브 the^ð더 welfare웰^f페어 of어^v브 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 disabilities.디서빌러티즈

②장애인복지상담원은 그 업무를 할 때 개인의 인격을 존중하여야 한다. <개정 2017.12.19>

③장애인복지상담원의 임용ㆍ직무ㆍ보수와 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

(3) Matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð디 appointment,어포인트먼트 duties,두티즈 and앤드 remuneration^r리뮤너^r레이션 of어^v브 welfare웰^f페어 counselors카운설러즈 for^f포 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 disabilities디서빌러티즈 and앤드 other어^ð더 necessary네서세^r리 matters매터즈 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리
