재난적의료비 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제11조(지원기준)

Enforcement Decree of the Act on Support for Catastrophic Medical Expenses, Article 11 (Support Standards)

① 법 제12조에 따라 지원대상자로 결정된 사람에 대해서는 법 제13조에 따라 다음 각 호의 비용을 합산한 금액(제2조제1항 단서에 따라 고시하는 비용은 제외한다)의 100분의 80에 해당하는 금액(10원 미만은 계산하지 않는다)을 지급한다. 다만, 그 금액이 10만원 미만인 경우에는 이를 지급하지 않는다. <개정 2021.11.1>

1. 제2조제1항제1호 각 목에 해당하는 비용

② 제1항 본문에도 불구하고 다음 각 호의 지원대상자에 대해서는 제1항 각 호의 비용을 합산한 금액(제2조제1항 단서에 따라 고시하는 비용은 제외한다)의 100분의 50 이상에서 100분의 70 이하의 범위에서 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시하는 비율에 해당하는 금액(10원 미만은 계산하지 않는다)을 지급한다. <신설 2021.11.1, 2023.5.9>

1. 입원진료 일수와 외래진료 일수의 합이 연간 180일 이내인 입원진료 또는 외래진료에 대한 금액
