Enforcement Decree of the Act on Support for Catastrophic Medical Expenses, Article 7 (Persons Eligible for Support)

① 법 제9조제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기준을 충족하는 사람"이란 재난적의료비를 부담하는 사람으로서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람을 말한다.

다. 「장애인복지법」 제49조에 따른 장애수당 또는 같은 법 제50조제1항에 따른 장애아동수당을 지급받는 사람

라. 「국민기초생활 보장법」 제2조제10호에 따른 차상위계층에 해당하는 사람

(d)디 A어 person퍼슨 falling^f팔링 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 near-poor니어-푸어 class클래스 under언더 Article아터클 2 10 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Basic베이식 Living리^v빙 Security시큐^r러티 Act;액트

3. 그 밖에 소득, 재산 등을 고려하여 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시하는 기준에 해당하는 사람

② 법 제9조제3항제1호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사람"이란 「출입국관리법」 제31조에 따라 외국인등록을 하거나 「재외동포의 출입국과 법적 지위에 관한 법률」 제6조에 따라 국내거소신고를 한 사람으로서 제1항의 기준에 해당하면서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람을 말한다.
