재외동포기본법 제8조(시행계획 등의 수립 및 평가)

① 재외동포청장 및 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 기본계획에 따라 연도별 시행계획(이하 "시행계획"이라 한다)을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다.

② 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 소관별로 다음 연도 시행계획과 전년도 시행계획에 따른 추진실적을 재외동포청장에게 제출하여야 하며, 재외동포청장은 이를 종합하여 제10조에 따른 재외동포정책위원회에 상정하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies에이전시즈 shall섈 submit서브밋 to투 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð디 Overseas오우^v버시즈 Koreans코^r리언즈 Agency,에이전시 for^f포 the^ð더 matters매터즈 under언더 their^ð데어 jurisdiction,주^r러스딕션 the^ð더 next넥스트 year's이어즈 Implementation임플러멘테이션 Plan플랜 and앤드 the^ð더 performance퍼^f포먼스 of어^v브 promotion프^r러모우션 under언더 the^ð더 previous프^r리^v비어스 year's이어즈 Implementation임플러멘테이션 Plan,플랜 and앤드 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð디 Overseas오우^v버시즈 Koreans코^r리언즈 Agency에이전시 shall섈 compile컴파일 them^ð뎀 and앤드 submit서브밋 them^ð뎀 to투 the^ð디 Overseas오우^v버시즈 Korean코^r리언 Policy팔러시 Committee커미티 under언더 Article아터클 10.

③ 재외동포청장 및 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 소관별로 시행계획에 따른 추진실적에 대하여 자체평가를 매년 실시하고, 재외동포청장은 그 결과를 종합하여 제10조에 따른 재외동포정책위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2026.5.19>

(3) The^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð디 Overseas오우^v버시즈 Koreans코^r리언즈 Agency에이전시 and앤드 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies에이전시즈 shall섈 conduct칸덕트 a어 self-evaluation셀^f프-이^v밸류에이션 each이치 year이어 of어^v브 the^ð더 performance퍼^f포먼스 of어^v브 promotion프^r러모우션 under언더 the^ð디 Implementation임플러멘테이션 Plans플랜즈 for^f포 matters매터즈 under언더 their^ð데어 jurisdiction,주^r러스딕션 and앤드 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð디 Overseas오우^v버시즈 Koreans코^r리언즈 Agency에이전시 shall섈 compile컴파일 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 and앤드 submit서브밋 them^ð뎀 to투 the^ð디 Overseas오우^v버시즈 Korean코^r리언 Policy팔러시 Committee커미티 under언더 Article아터클 10.

④ 그 밖에 시행계획의 수립ㆍ시행 및 평가 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
