재한외국인 처우 기본법 제22조의2(이민정책연구원)

① 「대한민국 정부와 국제이주기구 간의 국제이주기구 이민정책연구원 설립 및 운영에 관한 협정」의 이행을 장려하고, 전문적이고 체계적인 이민정책의 수립 등에 필요한 조사ㆍ연구를 추진하기 위하여 이민정책연구원(이하 "연구원"이라 한다)을 설립한다.

(1) A어 Migration마이그^r레이션 Research^r리서치 and앤드 Training트^r레이닝 Centre센터 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Centre")센터 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 to투 encourage엔커^r리지 the^ð디 implementation임플러멘테이션 of어^v브 the^ð디 Agreement어그^r리먼트 between비트윈 the^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Republic^r리퍼블릭 of어^v브 Korea코^r리아 and앤드 the^ð디 International인터내셔늘 Organization오거너제이션 for^f포 Migration마이그^r레이션 on안 the^ð디 Establishment이스태블리시먼트 and앤드 Operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð디 IOM아이엄 Migration마이그^r레이션 Research^r리서치 and앤드 Training트^r레이닝 Centre,센터 and앤드 to투 carry캐^r리 out아웃 surveys서^v베이즈 and앤드 research^r리서치 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 formulating^f포뮬레이팅 professional프^r러^f페셔늘 and앤드 systematic시스터매틱 immigration이머그^r레이션 policies팔러시즈 and앤드 similar시멀러 purposes.퍼퍼시즈

② 연구원은 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 Centre센터 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 연구원은 다음 각 호의 사업을 수행한다.

(3) The^ð더 Centre센터 shall섈 carry캐^r리 out아웃 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 projects:프^r라젝츠

④ 연구원은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 임원과 필요한 직원을 둔다.

(4) The^ð더 Centre센터 shall섈 have해^v브 officers오^f퍼서즈 and앤드 the^ð더 necessary네서세^r리 employees엠플로이이즈 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 its잇츠 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association.어소우시에이션

⑤ 연구원에 관하여 이 법에서 정한 것 외에는 「민법」 중 재단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.

(5) Except익셉트 as애즈 provided프^r러^v바이디드 in인 this^ð디스 Act,액트 the^ð더 provisions프^r러^v비전즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Civil시^v블 Act액트 on안 incorporated인코퍼^r레이티드 foundations^f파운데이션즈 shall섈 apply어플라이 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 to투 the^ð더 Centre.센터

⑥ 국가는 예산의 범위에서 연구원의 운영에 필요한 경비를 지원할 수 있다.

(6) The^ð더 State스테잇 may,메이 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 limits리멋츠 of어^v브 its잇츠 budget,버짓 provide프^r러^v바이드 funds^f펀즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Centre.센터
