재해경감을 위한 기업의 자율활동 지원에 관한 법률 제10조의2(기업의 재난을 관리하는 자격의 인증)

① 행정안전부장관은 제10조제2항의 전문교육과정을 이수하고 행정안전부장관이 실시하는 시험에 합격한 사람에게 기업의 재난을 관리하는 자격에 관한 인증서를 발급할 수 있다. <개정 2016.5.29, 2017.7.26>

② 행정안전부장관은 제1항에 따른 시험의 실시 및 인증서의 발급 등에 관한 사항을 전문기관 또는 단체에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26>

③ 제1항에 따른 시험의 응시 자격, 시험 과목, 시험 방법, 시험 과목의 일부 면제, 시험 수수료 및 제2항에 따른 전문기관ㆍ단체의 자격, 업무 범위 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
