재해경감을 위한 기업의 자율활동 지원에 관한 법률 제19조(가산점 부여)

① 국가 및 지방자치단체는 기업의 재해경감활동의 원활한 추진과 실효성이 확보되도록 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다.

② 행정안전부장관은 「중소기업제품 구매촉진 및 판로지원에 관한 법률」 제2조제2호에 따른 공공기관이 자금 등을 지원하고자 할 때에는 우수기업에 대하여 가산점 부여 등 필요한 조치를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2009.5.21, 2010.3.31, 2013.8.6, 2016.5.29, 2017.7.26, 2018.6.12>

③ 행정안전부장관은 우수기업이 「재난 및 안전관리 기본법」 제3조제5호에 따른 재난관리책임기관(이하 이 조에서 "책임기관"이라 한다) 에서 발주하는 물품구매ㆍ시설공사ㆍ용역 등의 사업에 대하여 입찰 참여를 하는 경우에는 가산점 부여 등 필요한 조치를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2010.3.31, 2013.8.6, 2016.5.29, 2017.7.26>

④ 제2항 및 제3항에 따른 가산점이란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에 부여하는 가점을 말한다.

⑤ 제4항 각 호에 따른 가산점 부여 등을 요청받은 관계 기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없는 한 이에 응하여야 하며, 가산점 부여 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
