Enforcement Decree of the Disaster Relief Act, Article 23-3 (Processing of Unique Identification Information)

① 구호기관은 법 및 이 영에 따른 이재민 및 일시대피자의 구호에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조에 따른 주민등록번호, 여권번호, 운전면허의 면허번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.

② 행정안전부장관은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조에 따른 주민등록번호, 여권번호, 운전면허의 면허번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

③ 모집자 및 배분위원회는 다음 각 호의 사무(배분위원회의 경우 제1호의 사무는 제외한다)를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조에 따른 주민등록번호, 여권번호, 운전면허의 면허번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.
