1. 시행계획 승인을 받을 것

6. 공급계약 불이행 시 선수금의 환불을 담보하기 위하여 다음 각 목의 내용이 포함된 「국가를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령」 제37조제2항에 따른 지급보증서ㆍ유가증권ㆍ보증보험증권ㆍ정기예금증서ㆍ수익증권 등의 보증서(이하 "보증서등"이라 한다. 이 조에서 같다)를 행정안전부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사에게 제출할 것. 다만, 나목의 경우 그 사업기간을 연장할 때에는 원래의 보증 또는 보험의 기간에 그 연장하려는 기간을 더한 기간을 보증 또는 보험 기간으로 하는 보증서등을 제출하여야 한다.
